Stars keen to clinch 2nd win

Stars secured their first league win of the season when they overcame Polokwane City 3-2 away last week Tuesday. They have registered one win, one draw and three defeats.
Ea Lla Koto, who will be without suspended midfielder Paulus Masehe, are placed 14th on the league standings with four points from five games. They are only above the relegation play-off spot on goal difference.
Meanwhile, the Team of Choice extended their winless run in the league when they lost 2-0 to Kaizer Chiefs at home last week Wednesday. They have recorded two wins, two draws and one defeat this season.
As a result, Maritzburg are placed sixth on the league standings with eight points from five matches. They are three points behind third-placed Orlando Pirates, who have played six games. Bloemfontein Celtic will welcome Bidvest Wits in an Absa Premiership match at the Dr Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein on Sunday.
Phunya Sele Sele extended their winless run in the league to two matches when they drew 0-0 with Chippa United in Port Elizabeth last weekend. They have recorded one win, three draws and one defeat.
